👋 Hi, My name is Avni Piro, a proud father of 4 beautiful children and I love to travel, and experience different cultures, handy in the kitchen as I like to cook (not quite Gordon Ramsey),  I enjoy reading and learning,  love everything Tech, have a  huge passion for technology and I also enjoy the challenges of conducting technical analyst and researching fundamentals and tackling the financial markets.

Programming has always been my passion since childhood. I started by reading programming books, playing video games, and exploring my first PC at 12. In 2006, I graduated with a BEng in Computer System and Software Engineering. Although personal commitments prevented me from pursuing a career in the industry, I recently reignited my passion. I've completed courses in HTML, CSS, and I'm currently studying frontend technologies like JavaScript and React.js. 

I've gained certifications in MTA 98-361 Software Development Fundamentals and AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals while learning C# and Python. I actively contribute to GitHub, deploying small projects and uploading code snippets to showcase my progress and learning new technologies. As a developer, I am hardworking, trustworthy, loyal, reliable, and forward-thinking. I excel both independently and as part of a team. With 20 years of experience in high-level education and working for a renowned company, I've developed problem-solving skills, implemented new systems and procedures, and ensured compliance with UK legislation. I keenly pay attention to detail, working diligently with internal and external departments. My goal is to continuously learn and improve as a software developer. I aim to perfect the programming languages I've learned and expand into backend development. I'm passionate about contributing to the fast-paced software industry, where I can create, write code, and solve problems. I've attended a boot camp, gaining a solid foundation in software development, application lifecycle management, testing, data structures, and algorithms in languages like C#, Python, and SQL. 

I thrive on keeping up with technology's evolution and development, constantly improving my knowledge and advancing my career. In my previous job, I successfully implemented paperless solutions, saved the business money, and improved processes. I am self-organized, deadline-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. 

I adapt quickly to changes and have experience in project management. As a software developer, I am driven and determined to succeed. I invest my time in continuous learning and strive for excellence in my development skills.
